Service Description
Many people have health and wellness goals but have trouble achieving them. Research shows that if people have mentors, coaches, or other support systems, these goals are more likely to be achieved. One of the most important areas of wellness is knowing how to complete healthy movements, which can improve a person's overall health. Other areas of wellness are posture, body motions, strength, endurance, stress management, and much more. Coaching can assist you to start at a very simple level and can give you the specific support that your own particular situation requires. Our coach has extensive experience with health conditions from her 29 years working as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. If you would like assistance to improve your physical health, wellness, and movement goals, this is the place to start.
