"Croc Watch" Addictions and Unwanted Behaviors
Support Group
"Croc Watch" is a special support group designed for people who have done Brainspotting for addictions or unwanted behaviors. It meets weekly to help the group members keep on track to manage their addictions and unwanted behaviors. Focus of the groups will be on present and future support, coping skills, and present challenges. If you are interested in being added to our waiting list, please email us at lilbruisedbird@gmail.com. We will to go over the specific information on how to join and what needs to be completed before joining.
Coaching is also available in individual sessions to address addictions or unwanted behaviors.


Positive Discipline
Parenting Training
Positive Discipline Parenting is a specialized approach to parenting that focuses on being kind and firm. There are specific techniques and instruction in changing perspectives and discipline that can help parents better manage with their children and can improve any child's present and future life, as well as their school and life challenges. Our coach has completed a Certification Training in these Positive Discipline Parenting techniques and philosophies.

Simply Change Your Health
Support Group
We know that getting healthy can seem impossible but if it's taken in small steps, anything is possible. This is a weekly coaching and support group to help you make simple changes to your health, one step at a time. T'ai Chi Chih Classes
Instruction in this short meditative movement form of
T'ai Chi Chih has 20 movements and a few poses.
It can be done in individual coaching sessions,
