Meet Shay DuBois, Trauma Therapist & Somatic Healing Specialist

Shay is our resource for working with your past traumas.  She has been featured in National Geographic, Parade, Yahoo! Life, and The Flow Magazine, Shay brings over a decade of experience helping clients heal from trauma at the root. She specializes in Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, and Compassionate Inquiry.

Shay began her career at a non-profit working with youth and families, but found her calling helping adults break free from trauma—and stop it from being passed down. Her private practice was born out of a desire to work in a way that brings lasting, embodied change.

Shay knows how hard it can be to show up for therapy—because she’s done this work too. Her healing journey changed everything: she’s off anxiety medication, deeply self-connected, and committed to helping others feel safe enough to heal.

Her motto? “We can do uncomfortable, but never unmanageable.”

Healing is possible—and it starts with safety, compassion, and a nervous system that finally feels heard.

Shay DuBois, LCSW #100049 (she, her, hers)
