Service Description

Working in a busy hospital in critical or routine care settings with daily life and death scenarios can cause your stress to add up, affecting your personal and home life. Our Coach is specifically trained for 1st and 2nd Responders who deal with these stressors that can build up and affect your long-term mental and physical health. Sessions will use Brainspotting trauma techniques as well as other coaching tools to help you meet your wellness goals.
