Service Description

This coaching is especially for 1st Responders who work in Criminal Justice settings. This can include Detective and Forensic Investigation staff, Probation Officers, Corrections Officers, Juvenile Hall Staff, and more. Brainspotting can help you manage your daily stressors so as to not take so many of them home or to have them affect your long-term mental and physical health. Our Coach has special training in working with First Responders using Brainspotting trauma techniques.
