Service Description

This coaching is especially for First Responders who work in a Fire Station or similar Firefighting scenarios, or Paramedics. Brainspotting can help you manage your daily stressors so as to not take so many of them home or to have them affect your long-term mental and physical health. Our Coach has special training in working with First Responders using Brainspotting trauma techniques.
