Service Description

This coaching involves using specific Brainspotting techniques to help you overcome your addictions or unwanted behaviors. It is based on Dr. Roby Abeles addiction and Brainspotting practices. This ongoing group may also include other types of techniques and strategies. It is also a safe space for group members to bond and assist each other.
